We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or other third parties. The Extension is designed to operate with minimal data collection.

Depending on the features you use, the Extension may store the following information locally in your browser:

• Basic usage settings required for the Extension to function

The Extension does not require you to create an account.

We do not intentionally collect:

2. Health-Related Information

The Extension provides general wellness reminders and is not a medical device or medical service. For example, the Extension may remind you to:

The Extension may use Chrome's storage functionality to save your preferences. Where applicable, this information is stored using Chrome's extension storage mechanisms. The Extension does not transmit your stored preferences to our servers unless a feature explicitly requires such transmission and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.

5. Notifications

The Extension may use Chrome notifications to display reminders such as:

• Movement reminders

Notifications are generated to provide the Extension's core functionality.

6. Alarms and Scheduled Reminders

The Extension may use Chrome's alarms functionality to schedule reminders. Alarms are used solely to determine when a configured reminder should be triggered. The Extension does not use alarms to track your browsing activity.

7. Idle State

The Extension may use Chrome's idle functionality to determine whether your computer has been inactive. This may be used to avoid displaying unnecessary reminders while you are away from your computer or to adjust reminder behavior based on activity. The Extension does not use idle information to identify you or track your browsing behavior.

8. Browsing Activity

The Extension does not collect, sell, or transmit your browsing history. The Extension does not monitor the websites you visit for advertising, analytics, or user profiling. If the Extension requires access to a webpage for a particular feature, that access is limited to what is necessary for that feature to function.

9. Remote Code

The Extension does not intentionally download or execute remote JavaScript code to provide its core functionality. The Extension's functionality is contained within the code submitted to and reviewed by the Chrome Web Store, except for standard external services that may be required for explicitly disclosed functionality.

10. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-processing services.

11. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data.

We do not share user data with advertisers or data brokers.

We only disclose information where necessary to:

• Provide a feature explicitly requested by the user;
• Operate a necessary third-party service;
• Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request; or
• Protect the security and integrity of the Extension.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Extension. Because the Extension primarily stores settings locally in the user's browser and does not require an account, the amount of personal information handled by the Extension is intentionally limited. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Extension is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
